Project 365 - Day 6 - Happy Halloween!

Harry Potter! Cool! This picture didn't come out as bright as I would have liked, but I took it with my phone. This is was a pumpkin a lady up the street carved. She actually did it freehand with no stencil! So talented!

So tonight, we went trick-or-treating with my friend and her son. He was a dinosaur, so cute! Our neighborhood is actually not very Halloween friendly. There are only a few houses that were giving out treats, so it was more walking then trick-or-treating.

Also today at work was interesting...most of the office dressed up and we had lots and lots of desserts and snacks. A totally fattening day but it was okay because we don't get to do that very often. Halloween is always a pretty fun day at the office.

Project 365 - Day 5 - The Poki Dog

Here he is at his cutest...this is Poki our Chihuahua/Papillion doggie. This was at about 6:15 in the morning and he woke up from his long night's sleep under the pillow. He does this cute thing when he wakes up where he rubs his eyes and face with his paws. But I guess this morning he got sleepy right in the middle, so he fell asleep with his face in his paws.

Tomorrow is Halloween! Yay! Although it's still a working day, it's one of those days that just has a different feel to it and work is funner because a lot of people are dressed up and we are having some Halloween desserts/snacks. I'll post pictures tomorrow.

Project 365 - Day 4 - Box of Ice

This is our new icebox! I know people don't normally say icebox anymore but I do. Anyway, we just got it delivered today and it's very exciting! A brand new start and no icky surprises hiding in the drawers.

Once again, I've waited till the last minute to take my picture. I will have to be more disciplined and not wait so long.

I'm excited for this weekend cause I have lots of plans and will hopefully be able to take more pictures and different pictures. I'm really starting to wonder if I can actually get 365 different pictures. I will have to start thinking outside the box and actually leave the house more to accomplish my goal. But, I can't give up now, cause I already told everyone I was doing it. Yay for accountability!

Project 365 - Day 3 - Flower Power!

It's a red plumeria! Cool! My boss has this growing in her yard and I've never heard of it so she brought me a flower today. It had a really nice strong smell.

It was super voggy today and there was no wind. I tried to take a picture but taking pictures while driving is dangerous. Hahaha... In any case, I hope it will clear up tomorrow because my allergies are driving me crazy. You would not believe how many times I had to blow my nose today! I think everyone around me was getting irritated by my sniffling.

Project 365 - Day 2 - Dinner time!

The difference between my brother and me....

The pictures above are of dinner tonight. We had spaghetti and bacon. Yum! It's actually cause we're getting a new fridge so we are trying to eat everything in there so we have less to transfer. If you were wondering, my brothers "creation" is on the left and mine is above. I think it's pretty gross when all the food mixes together like that.

So today is the second day of Project 365 and I already had a hard time with the picture taking. Which is why I have a picture of dinner. I really wanted to take a picture of one of the two daddy long legs spiders that tried to get me today but I couldn't think enough to get the picture. Oh well...maybe next time.

Project 365 - Day 1 - We going Sizzler....

This is Sizzler in Aikahi Shopping Center. We ate here for brunch today and it was pretty awesome. Our waiter, Jeff, was very friendly and sounded like Bill Clinton. Then we headed over to Windward Mall and walked around for a bit.

Oh yeah...and for this Project 365, I will be taking at least one picture a day for 365 days. In the end I will have a whole year of pictures. Yay!

And to give credit where credit is due...I totally copied this off of Diane. :)
