I made some peach jello this afternoon, but it was taking too long to chill so I put it in the freezer. As you can see, I left it in there a little too long. It looks like it's covered in mold, but it actually started freezing around the edges. By the way, the peach jello didn't really taste that great. The frozen parts were actually really yummy, but I didn't care for the flavor.Since the power didn't come on till around noon, our plans for the day got pushed back. But I did have time to get a replacement insurance card and get my safety check done. It feels good now that that is taken care of.
