We had tonkatsu (pork cutlet) for dinner tonight and I helped. As you can see above, I had Panko crusted fingers! It's funny cause if you look real close, it looks like my pinky finger is just a stub. Hahaha! But it's just because of the breading and the angle of the camera. Although I do think maybe my pinkies are shorter than normal...hmm...that's weird.The tonkatsu actually came out really good. We had a new secret technique this time that we learned at New Year's Dinner.
