Project 365 - Day 130 - Walkin' in the House

I am finally starting to get a little more serious on New Year's Resolution #2, lose weight. Today was my fourth consecutive day of exercising! Hooray! I can't remember the last time I've exercised four days in a row. Sad, I know.
The picture to the right are my two favorite exercising DVD's, Walk it off with George and Walk away the pounds with Leslie Sansone. Both are excellent for beginners and not so beginners. It's challenging but doable. Leslie Sansone's DVD uses upper body work while George Foreman's DVD focuses totally on leg work.
It's exciting to get up and moving. :)
