I've been struggling with some congestion issues for the past week or so and I've been doing some online research about cures. In my research I've found that nasal irrigation seems to be the best thing that everyone is recommending with no real side effects. Today, after work, we went over to Down to Earth to see if they carried any Neti Pots (which is what you use). We found one but it was $20 and it didn't come with the non-iodized salt packets to mix in. Luckily right next to it was this other similar product called Nasopure. It was cheaper and came in a trial pack with the little saline packets I needed so I picked that up instead.I tried it out tonight and it works!!! I feel better and my breathing seems better too.
