In two days, Thanksgiving will be here! We are currently defrosting a 12lb. turkey in our fridge. Tomorrow afternoon, the turkey will go in the imu to cook and we will take it out on Thursday morning, just in time for Thanksgiving dinner. Also tomorrow, we will have to start making our food for dinner on Thursday. I have no idea what we will be making, but you can be sure that I will be in the kitchen all night tomorrow.I am really grossed out that there is a raw turkey in the fridge, but I guess it has to defrost somewhere. I just have this thing about raw and undercooked food. Which is actually kind of funny because I was just eating sushi for dinner yesterday.
