Today marks day 5 that I've been eatin' clean. I just picked up that concept on some forums I've been reading. It helps when I start thinking about wanting to eat candy or junk food.Everything is going good. I'm not feeling sick anymore and I'm getting more used to not eating as much. Still feel a little tired though; I guess I just have to get used to waking up at 5AM every morning. I'm sure my energy levels will go up once I get used to it.
And it's finally the weekend! Yay!
