My ankle has been bothering me for the past few days now. It's kind of funny because it doesn't hurt that much when I'm exercising but once I stop that's when it starts bothering me. So I have it wrapped up as often as I can and I'm trying to rest it so that I won't make it worse. I don't want to have to stop exercising completely so I'm trying to take care of it.We are into Week 2 of Insanity. :) Yay!
