We headed over to Manoa tonight to do the Insanity workout with the rest of the Insane Asylum crew at the Manoa Gym. There must have been about 40 people there! It was great!Afterwards, we saw that they had some fun outside exercise equipment (see picture). So we had fun playing around on that for a little while. We didn't stay too long though because it just finished raining so everything was slippery.
