We had group workouts tonight with the crew. We did two workouts, Interval X from the P90X+ system and Cardio Power and Resistance from Insanity. I am dead! But it was a lot of fun. Tomorrow we start our new hybrid program where we will be mixing in strength training and cardio.

331/365 - Working out
We had group workouts tonight with the crew. We did two workouts, Interval X from the P90X+ system and Cardio Power and Resistance from Insanity. I am dead! But it was a lot of fun. Tomorrow we start our new hybrid program where we will be mixing in strength training and cardio.
