While my Dad was at Costco today, he picked me up a nifty new water bottle. :)In my efforts to be more healthy and not get kidney stones (which I recently learned is from not drinking enough water), I will be trying my best to drink more water. It should make it a little more fun now that I have this cool container. Plus it's more environmental friendly.
At work we just have styrofoam cups (that's supposed to be for the coffee, but I use it for water cause I don't drink coffee). I will feel better now, knowing that I am not destroying the world by drinking water. :)
