284/365 - Portion Control

This was my dinner tonight. A little bit of salad, a little bit of chicken, one asparagus and two orange slices. I wasn't very hungry to begin with, but I'm also trying to cut down on my portion sizes. I know that I can eat a lot of food, so the less I have on my plate the better. I'm trying to be a little more observant with my diet because I've been letting it slip again.
We had an awesome workout tonight, Insanity Fit Test and Upper Body workout. I'm pooped!
