After our workout at the Asylum tonight we had ice pops. I just call them recovery ice pops because it's after then workout and we are all cooling down. I'm hitting the point in my workouts now that I'm getting tired so I really need to push through. I am still very excited to start next month though. We will be doing a whole different set of harder workouts so it should be challenging and fun.

299/300 - Recovery Ice Pop
After our workout at the Asylum tonight we had ice pops. I just call them recovery ice pops because it's after then workout and we are all cooling down.
