We started out the day helpng out at the KCC Farmer's Market. Then we went over to Ala Moana to visit our friends kiosk. We did our Insanity workout at home and headed out to check out a friend play some music at Higher Ground. The picture on the right is Hope Mayo at Higher Ground.
